WebDec 23, 2013 · You can open any patched image in FFTPatcher by going to PSX -> Open patched ISO. The text will not be updated to reflect changed job or ability names, so it can be a tiny bit confusing, and for a story patch like Journey of the Five, you need to do a lot of snooping around the ENTD tab to figure out which characters are which. WebFFTPatcher is a program that creates patches to use on Final Fantasy Tactics .ISO's. You can make your own .fftpatch, with say, an edited Dark Knight job, apply the changes to an ISO, and then play the game with those changes. FFTPatcher also generates GS codes as an alternative (and inferior, IMHO) way of applying changes to the ISO.
