Returns Policy

Edge+Fire - Returns Policy


We are always very sorry to hear that items you ordered didn’t meet your expectations, however should you wish to RETURN or EXCHANGE your items you may do so within 30 days of receiving your order. 


You may return or exchange your item in the line of our Return Policy. 


Please fill out the following form within our website: RETURNS FORM


Each return is required to include the "RMA number" that we will send you on receiving your completed RETURNS FORM which can be filled in on our website.


We will ONLY accept returns for goods free of fault received back in a condition suitable for re-selling - unworn, in their original condition and with all tags and original packaging intact and undamaged. Returned items should be unused and must be returned in original packaging with any enclosed documentation. 


The item is your responsibility until it reaches us. For your own protection we recommend that you send the parcel using a delivery service that insures you for the value of the goods and it also is tracked in some way. 


Once we receive returned goods, they will be closely inspected and checked at the warehouse. 


We will issue a refund for the goods within 24 hours from receiving them, directly to the PAYMENT METHOD used at the checkout. For Credit Cards refund may take up to 7 business days. 


Please note, that we do not offer FREE RETURNS and refund amount will exclude the original outbound delivery charge also. YOU WILL ONLY BE REFUNDED FOR THE ITEM YOU WISH TO RETURN. 


Alternatively you can EXCHANGE for a different colour or size, based on availability, therefore best is to let us know your intentions as soon as you make RETURN REQUEST, so we can hold requested items for you. 


If you purchase items as part of a multi buy / value offer, for example “BUY 2, GET ONE FREE”  or “SPEND £75 AND GET FREE ITEM” and then proceed with return of an item you may be no longer eligible for the offer. By returning part of the order, you would void the offer and as such you would be refunded as if you had not taken part in the promotion.


For example:  in case of an offer such as “SPEND £75 AND GET FREE ITEM” should you return an item and take the value of your basket to below the original £75 threshold you will void the original offer and will be refunded accordingly. In that case we would ask you to either Return Free Item, or if you wish to keep it, we would deduct its current value from the total requested refund. 


Please note, that we ALWAYS check quality of the products sent out, however if your item is faulty or arrives damaged, please contact us directly via email: info@edgeandfire.com with photographic proof of the fault / damage. Please also fill out:  RETURNS FORM 


We do not accept RETURNS of the items which developed any fault over time, were washed improperly or damaged while worn - ALL RETURNED GOODS MUST BE UNWORN! If item develops any issues with time, we MAY ONLY be able to assist in escalating issue to the MANUFACTURER.
